This campsite on Lake Vänern (the largest lake in Sweden) is located 6 km from the town of Säffle, Vänernland, on a partly wooded promontory. Along the shore, small beaches are interspersed with cliffs. Water recreation comes first here. The beautiful sandy beach of the campsite with its clear water invites you to go swimming, fishing and boating. It is the true nature lover who comes to camp here.

Spacious pitches and cabins
Duse Udde is a large, spaciously laid out campsite with lots of greenery and demarcated pitches and with a view of the lake from virtually every pitch. There are 344 touring pitches (100-160 m2). These are located on a beautiful grass surface with few trees. The rental accommodation will definitely not disappoint you because all cottages here (cabins) are well maintained, complete with IKEA furnishings. Lots of wood, white and dark red. Real eye catchers!
Active with or without water
Enjoy yourself on the golden sandy beach, interspersed with rocky beaches and reed belts. The rocks along the shore are in places large and flat, perfect for sitting on or for sunbathing. There is a playground for children on the beach. The campsite activities are mainly focused on water: fishing, canoeing, kayaking or rowing. However, you can also keep yourself busy with mini golf, walking, cycling (bicycles can be rented) volleyball and beach volleyball.
Eating in the lighthouse
The camping shop is well stocked and is located in the same building as the reception. The reception is in a quirky location: a bit higher up in a lighthouse on the campsite. From here you have a splendid view of Lake Vänern.
