Great campsite within walking distance to the lovely town of Olhao and the nature reserve. Plenty of showers and toilet facilities, clean and with hot water. The restaurant was not open yet but there is a coffee bar and a minimarket. Both only take cash but there is an ATM on site.

We always stay at the site every year when visiting the Algarve. A big site so there is always somewhere to pitch . Staff are friendly, shower blocks are old and need a refurb but are clean. Bar/restaurant is good with a choice of food. Swimming pool large with plenty of space. A small supermarket on site. A 15 minute walk in to Olhao which is a lovely town.

We visited this campsite for the first time last week and loved it. Professional, friendly staff, clean facilities and a feeling of being in the countryside despite being very near the town of Olhão. Toilet facilities are quite old but very clean and we were pleased to see them fumigating the bushes to repel mosquitoes. Big, shady plots that you choose yourself. Great pool, good quality entertainment at night, family friendly. What we liked most was the respectful, quiet atmosphere, much better than other campsites we\'ve visited in Southern Spain. Excellent value for money, too. We\'ll be back!

Over quite a few years spent many weeks .there . Camping in a tent and caravan . Quite a few log term campers on site . Lots of toilet blocks and plenty of sporting activities. Great bar and restaurant ,lovely steak on a stone., Short cycle ride into town. The two huge market halls .on the shore and a very nice bar in the shade . The town was vary busy with everything you would need ,several super markets . A short drive into Faro and the huge shopping complex suitable for Women to shop all day .

Nice camping close to a touristy town. The camping doesn’t have to many shadows pitches, you can choose your own tho, which is great! Many people live here on the camping, which makes it sometimes a bit gross, like some seem homeless. Swimming pool is amazing. Overall a nice stay for a couple of nights.

First of all, there are 2 observations. 1- It is a dog unfriendly site. All the grassed areas are no go. Either walk the dog on the camp roads or walk a long long long way to the entrance to go to an adjoining park, then reverse walk. It\'s too tiring! 2. This site has a terrible mosquito problem. They will attack you morning and dusk and all night. Agressive type. I had to purchase killer and repellant sprays to survive. Planned to stay longer, but leaving earlier. Cannot sit outside in the evening at all. Blotches on skin from bites. No time to check out all the facilities in the 2 days here because had to cover Faro and surroundings. Be warned.
