You will find the rates, opening times, amenities and a description and address of the camp site by consulting directly the information of a particular camp site. There are several different ways to access detailed information about any camp site.
As a rough estimate, there are about 40,000 sites throughout Europe which could be described as recreational camp sites. ACSI’s 305 inspectors visit and check just over 8,400 of the higher quality sites every year. We should point out that in a country such as France, which has at least 11,000 camp sites, ACSI cannot possibly include them all in its database. However, we will always be pleased to hear from you if you know of a camp site which you think deserves to be included.
Before departure you can get information about your planned destination from the websites of the various National Tourist Offices. Once you have arrived at your holiday destination the Local Tourist Office can give advice and information about places of interest and other tourist attractions.
The rates you will see are guide prices which may differ from the actual amount charged by a camp site. For this reason we give two different guide prices. Price 1 is the rate for an overnight stay in high season. Included in this are the charges for 2 adults, a caravan and a car, with electricity and tourist taxes. Extra amenities are not included in this price. Price 2 is calculated on the high season rate for 2 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 9, a caravan and a car, with electricity and tourist taxes. Extra amenities are also not included here.

We offer several different ways for website administrators to include Eurocampings in their website. If your site is constructed from frames, with a content frame which is at least 560 pixels wide, it is possible to create an ‘include’ in the ‘look and feel’ of your website. Additionally we can offer special links which take you directly to a particular country, in which the language is selected automatically. Using the ‘Contact’ option in the horizontal menu bar, you can get in touch with us.

Camp site owners

If your camp site is not featured on this website it could be because your organisation is not known to ACSI. In this case you can apply for registration by writing to ACSI. If your camp site is approved by an ACSI inspector during the 2008 season, it will appear in the Camp Site Guide and on the website from January 2009.
The editorial teams of ACSI’s Camp Site Guide and Eurocampings can only make changes to your name and address details. Any changes relating to situation, amenities and descriptions should be passed on to the inspector who will revisit your site. On the basis of the inspector’s findings, the alterations may or may not be made.
If a photo of your camp site is included in your advertisement in one of ACSI’s Camp Site Guides, this will be included without charge on the Eurocampings website. If the photo from your advertisement is not shown on the website, do not hesitate to make contact with the sales department of ACSI Publishing BV.
If your camp site is featured on this website you can use the ACSI logo in your leaflets or on your own website. You will find the ACSI logo on www.acsi-media.com . If you want to download the logo you should click on the ‘logo’ tab in the horizontal menu bar.

It is not permitted to alter the logo. You may enlarge it or reduce it. Also, ACSI does not permit its logo to be distributed in printed form or digitally, except in your own camp site leaflets or website. If you wish to use the logo for other purposes you should obtain prior permission from ACSI Publishing BV.
ACSI offers advertisers in any of its Camp Site Guides the opportunity to purchase this feature. This hyperlink offers earlier exposure to visitors using the ‘camp sites with a website’ option. You can only feature your hyperlink if you also advertise in one of the printed versions of the Camping Guides.
